Choctawhatchee Electric Cooperative (CHELCO) Implements Electronic Document Management Solution provided by Document Imaging Solutions, Inc.

solution to automate and streamline many of Choctawhatchee Electric Cooperatives’ (CHELCO) paper documents and processes.
is a robust, "out-of-the-box" open document/records management system for enterprise networks, corporate Intranets, and the Internet. It manages documents throughout their life cycle, from authoring and/or capture through review, approval, distribution, and archiving.
The solution at CHELCO is deployed broadly throughout the organization in departments such as HR, Marketing, Member Accounting (Customer Service), Accounts Payable, Purchasing, Engineering and more. The solution manages all of the paper documents in electronic form and makes them available, on-line, for viewing by authorized users.
