The Main Menu is the “dashboard” for accessing all of the features in the system. The Main Menu is organized to allow single click access to nearly every feature in the system. Each of the sections displayed on this form are grantable to users based on security rights.
If a user is part of a workflow process, the Work Queue section will be displayed and users are able to quickly see what work needs to be completed.
Users can save search parameters of frequently accessed documents/folders. All saved searches are listed on the main menu for fast retrieval of information. If documents have been loaded to the users’ batch processing directory, the user will see the list of documents to be processed from the main menu.
