Training Overview

The e-DMS/Workflow.NET suite of products is comprehensive solutions requiring minimal end-user training. The recommended training associated with an implementation is comprised of End-User and System Administrator training. This can be handled either onsite or via the internet.

End-User Training

End-user training typically consists of multiple brief sessions. Typically the training may be structured in such a way to allow the organization to organize users with similar user requirements into the same session. (Management, AP, Engineering, Scanning and Indexing Personnel, etc.).

The number of days of training is directly related to the number of end-users, and ability of the client's facility to handle the numbers being trained. DIS will train the end-users or train the trainers depending on the client's requirements.

System Administrator Training

More detailed System Administrator Training is recommended to train the individuals identified by the client as the individuals responsible for the administration of the solution. This level of training is much more detailed, and will involve the administrative functions associated with the solution.

Business Process Automation/Workflow Designer Training

DIS provides training to help our customers achieve the best possible return on their investment. The Workflow Designer training instructs users on how to create workflow processes using the process designer interface. This training is geared toward functional business users and/or software developers. DIS also offers training focused on utilizing the Workflow API to build customized workflow actions that can be used in workflow processes for implementing specific business rules.

DIS also offers customized training based on the needs or requirements of your organization.
